Shrimp Scampi


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley Flakes

Method

  1. Rinse shrimp then remove the tails and set aside.
  2. Saute garlic in oil for about a minute. (Do not brown.)
  3. Add shrimp. cook and stir until shrimp turn pink. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  4. Serve over cooked pasta or rice.
