Tuna Sisig Recipe
TUNA SISIG INGREDIENTS:Tuna chunks (Canned Tuna)
1 pc white onion, minced
1 pc garlic

2 tbsp soy sauce
1 pc finger chili
1 pc siling labuyo
1 pack 7g Ginisa Mix

PROCEDURES:
1. Boil the tuna until dry in water with sinigang mix, soy sauce and crushed garlic.
2. Put oil and fry.
3. Add onions and chilli.

Lettuce and Potato Salad
Ingredients:
Vinaigrette:
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons low-sodium chicken broth (remove fat)
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
pepper to taste, small amount salt (optional)
Salad:
2 cups coarsely chopped lettuce
2 cups cooked, peeled, diced potatoes
1 cup cooked green beans, cut into inch pieces
1 cup cooked peas
1 large ripe tomato, chopped
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
Preparation:
Mix together the lettuce, potatoes, green beans, peas and tomatoes. To make the vinaigrette, whisk all the ingredients together. Add vinaigrette and toss. Garnish with slices of hard-boiled egg and serve.

Malt liquor, also known as "Forty" is a North American term referring to a type of beer with high alcohol content. It is said to be a cheap beer of low quality and is popular in the ghetto especially the youths. According to a study, malt liquor is the preferred drink of college students, unemployed, and the homeless.
Gangsters pour malt liquors to the ground to pay homage to their dead homies. This drink also become a pop culture in the hip-hop community.

Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Parsley Flakes
Method
- Rinse shrimp then remove the tails and set aside.
- Saute garlic in oil for about a minute. (Do not brown.)
- Add shrimp. cook and stir until shrimp turn pink. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Serve over cooked pasta or rice.
