Pork Sisig Recipe




Cooking Time:
Estimated Time: 45 minutes


Ingredients:
1 1/2 kilo pork head
1/4 cup grilled liver, diced
2 small onions, minced
2 pieces red pepper, minced
1 head garlic, minced
6 pieces hot chili pepper, minced
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons liquid seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 cup beef broth


Procedure:
Grill pork head to remove hair.
Boil the pork head until it is tender enough to chop.
Take out all the meat and dice.
In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic, onion, red pepper, pork meat and liver.
Pour in liquid seasoning, black pepper and brown sugar.
Pour in beef broth and heat until meat is tender.
Add in chili pepper before serving.

Boracay Recipe



Ingredients to use: 1.0 small bottle emperador Brandy
150.0 grams milo Chocolate Mix
3.0 sachet 3 in 1 mix Coffee
0.25 can condensed Milk
3.0 cups hot Water
Directions: put the 3in1 mix coffee and the chocolate mix together, then dissolve these powder ingredients by putting 3cups of hot water and sitr. Add the 1/4 can of condensed milk followed by the 1 small bottle (lapad) of brandy. Stir it up while adding the 3/4 pitcher of cold water. (this is good for a single pitcher of drink)

Ingredients to use: 0.0 cubes Ice
6.0 oz Orange juice
1.5 oz OVAL Vodka
Directions: Fill a highball glass with ice. Add vodka, fill with orange juice, and stir.

Weng Weng recipe

3/4 oz Vodka

3/4 oz Tequila

3/4 oz Brandy

3/4 oz Bourbon

3/4 oz Scotch Whiskey

3/4 oz Rum

cubes (Fill to Top) Ice

oz (Fill With) Orange Juice

oz (Fill With) Pine Apple Juice

dash Grenadine


Directions
Mix vodka, tequila, rum, bourbon, brandy and scotch in a collins glass. Add ice cubes up to 3/4 of glass. Stir. Fill in with equal portions of chilled orange and pineapple juices to top. Add a dash of grenadine.

Best served in a Collins Glass.

Mindoro Sling Recipe


INGREDIENTS:
375 ml Tanduay Premium Rum
500 ml Sprite
1 jigger Grenadine
1 jigger orange juice concentrate
1 jigger lemon juice concentrate
1 small can Mango Nectar
Mix all the ingredients well in a pitcher. Then fill the pitcher with ice and add apple slices.
